Kissui Metaliks And Steels Pvt. Ltd. is an established name Nationally & Internationally as one of the leading manufacturers of Precision Steel Tubes, Stainless steel pipes, Stainless steel coils, ERW Pipes, Steel Square Tube. Under the able guidance of our Honourable M.D. Mr. K.Chowdhury and Mr. S.P.Singla, having very rich experience in the steel industry, have been scaling new heights of excellence. The company is mainly supplying to Auto OEMs and Electrical OEM. Company is manufacturing for different grades of Stainless Steel pipes i.e 409 L , 439, 441 304, 304L,316, 316L, 202 , 201, JT Grade etc.having size range from 6mm OD to 150 MM OD and thickness range from 0.17mm to 3.50mm.

Precision Tube made out of CRCA has a size range of 4.00mm OD to 38.4mm OD.

Infrastructure

Our State-Of Art infrastructure is located at 366 and 368 Part-A, MIE ,Bahadurgarh -124507, Haryana (India) and Second unit at Plot No. 5, Industrial Area, Dabua Pali Road, Faridabad,  The manufacturing unit is installed with modern machines and equipment that enable us in manufacturing  24000 MT/annum.

Plants And Facilities

We are well-equipped with various specialized units that are installed with advanced technology. We have following plants that enable us in offering a flawless quality range of products.

Precision Pipe Unit

The precision pipe plant is an imported unit that is equipped with the latest technology. We manufacture precision pipes from 4 mm to 38 mm OD and thickness varying 0.3 mm to 2.0 mm. This unit has an annual production capacity of 18000 Tonnes.  

Galvanizing Unit

This plant has INOX Continuous Line that can do Galvanising from 0.14 mm to 1.00 mm thick and 450 mm to ±Mb mm. We manufacture Steel Galvanized Sheets, Steel Galvanized Coils, Zinc Coating of a maximum of up to 275 gms per sq.mtr. And the annual production capacity is of 75,000 tonnes. The unit is also equipped with an online skin pass mill to produce GPSP

Colour Coating Line

The Colour Coating Plant is an imported unit that is equipped with latest technology. This machine is capable of coating the front and back, and can be used to coat four colours in one run thus provide Two Side Coating (C2S) for special customer requirements.

Stainless pipe Unit

This plant has 8 continuous lines. We manufacture stainless steel pipes from 6 mm to 125 mm OD and 0.15 mm to 2.5 mm thickness. This unit has annual production capacity of 15000 Tonnes.
