Vardhman Industries Ltd
Vardhman Industries Ltd.(VIL) manufacturers GP/GC under the brand name of OSWAL, in size range of 0.14 mm to 1.0 mm thickness, and width of upto 1250 mm, conforming to all leading national and international specifications. VIL's pride is it technically advanced Colour Coating Plant, a state-of-the-art facility capable of matching and surpassing international standards, across a range of applications and systems.
- Plant and Facilities : The Galvanising Unit installed at Rajpura, Punjab, India, is an INOX Continuous Line, capable of Galvanising 0.14 mm to 1.0 mm thick and 450 mm to 1250 mm wide Steel Coils, Zinc Coating of a maximum of up to 275 gms per sq.mtr., and having an installed capacity of 75,000 tonnes per annum. The Unit is equipped with an online skin pass and stretch leveler mill to produce GPSP, and also has facilities to produce Slit Coils, Plain Sheets and Corrugated Sheets.

Vallabh Steels Ltd
VSL is one of India's leading manufacturers of MS ERW Black and Galvanised Pipes, having a capacity of 75000 TPA, in a size range of ½â to 4â (15 mm to 100 mm), in Light and Medium class, as per IS: 1239 (Part-I) 2004, BS 1387/85, BS 1139 and DIN specifications, suitable for various industrial and household applications. VSL also produces Precision Tubes made of CRCA, to meet the needs of the Automobile Industry and the General Engineering Industry.
Apart from tubes, VSL produces CR Coils and Strips in varying widths of up to 1020 mm, and with a thickness ranging from 0.14 mm to 3.00 mm, catering to the precise requirements of the Automobile Sector, White Goods Sector and the General Engineering Industry.
- VSL is having modern manufacturing facilities to manufacture ERW pipes. The state-of-the-art mills are capable to cater to the diverse application needs of the customers..

Plant is equipped with latest testing facilities required to test/inspect the pipes as per various Indian and International Standards viz. Vallabh Textiles Company Limited :
Most recent and upcoming business venture of Vallabh group is VTCL,which is in the process of establishing of an integrated cotton yarn spinning and terry towel unit in Distt Ludhiana with an investment of Rs. 125 crores( US $ 32 Million).
VTCL has installed 12060 ring spindles along with 258 rotors for manufacturing of Ring Spun Yarn and Open End Yarn alonwith 20 numbers Dobby looms for piece dyed towels and 16 numbers Jacqard looms for manufacturing high end yarn dyed sheared towels,by installation of machines of reputed indigenous and overseas suppliers for cottonyarn production of 4200 MT per annum and 3500 MT of Towels per annum.
